Here you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about my dog walking services. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please feel free to get in touch.

  • I’m based in Larkhill and currently offer dog walking services in Durrington, Amesbury, Bulford and Netheravon, as well as nearby surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether I cover your location, feel free to get in touch.

  • Most of my walks take place during school hours, providing a calm and consistent routine for the dogs in my care.

Weekend arrangements can also be made when needed, depending on availability.

  • I offer both group walks and solo walks, depending on what suits your dog best. We’ll discuss the best option for your dog during the meet and greet.

  • Most walks are 60 minutes, giving your dog plenty of time to explore, exercise, and enjoy their outing. Shorter or longer walks can be arranged depending on your dog’s needs.

  • Group walks are ideal for dogs who enjoy the company of others and are comfortable walking alongside different dogs. Groups are kept small and carefully matched.

If your dog is nervous, reactive, elderly or prefers a quieter experience, a solo walk may be more suitable. This can be discussed during the meet and greet.

  • Yes. A free meet and greet is included before any new booking. It’s a chance for us to chat, for your dog to get comfortable, and for me to learn their routine and needs, and make sure my service is the right fit. It’s also a great chance for you to ask questions and feel confident leaving your dog in my care.

  • Yes. I’m happy to offer discounts for regular weekly bookings and for multiple dogs from the same household. The exact discount depends on how many walks you need and how many dogs I’ll be caring for, so feel free to get in touch and I can put together a personalised quote.

  • Walks are carefully planned, groups are kept small, and dogs are matched thoughtfully. I’m fully insured and trained in canine first aid, so you can feel confident your dog is in safe, capable hands.

  • Yes. Alongside dog walking, I also offer pet visits for dogs who need company, feeding, toilet breaks, or a little playtime at home. This is ideal for puppies, older dogs, or pets who aren’t ready for full walks yet. If you have something specific in mind, I’m always happy to chat and see how I can help.

  • Everyone needs a break now and then, even dog walkers.

When I take holiday, I’ll let you know well in advance. You won’t be charged for any missed walks, and your dog’s usual space will be kept safe for when I’m back.

When you take a holiday, you don’t pay for walks while you’re on holiday. I always prioritise my regular clients when they return, so I’ll do my best to keep your usual slot open. If anything changes, I’ll let you know in advance so we can find a time that works for you.

  • Yes. I walk in most weather conditions, including rain. Dogs still need exercise and enrichment, and a rainy walk can be just as enjoyable with the right gear.

The only times I may need to adjust or cancel a walk are during extreme weather, such as storms, high winds, ice, or dangerously hot temperatures. Your dog’s safety always comes first, and I’ll keep you updated if any changes are needed.

If your dog really dislikes the rain, I’m happy to tailor the walk, shorter route, more sheltered areas, or a home visit instead.
